Taleem Rozgar Mission is a Project of our NGO Public Welfare Society Lahore. This NGO is registered with Social Welfare Department of Pakistan Government under (Registration & control) Ordinance, 1961(XLVI of 1961) with Registration No: DOSW WD&BM(R&G) 06/1501 Dated: 13-12-2006.
Our aim is formal education of whole nation and employment by industry and technology. Luckily in short period we have made satisfactory achievements with limited resources. We have to follow the plans of those countries which got freedom much after Pakistan but by education, Science, industry and technology, they have reached the destination of development, prosperity, peace and stability even with minimum natural resources.
Allah has blessed us with a country rich in natural resources but we need to utilize them properly. This whole process needs the organized efforts of educated, sincere and dedicated people of nation.
We have to educate every individual (male and female) of our nation and give job opportunities to every one by industrialization. Till April 2009 we have made (more than 120) centers of this project.
We have to struggle for betterment of poors, widows, orphans and all deserving people to make them stand on their own footings by making small industrial Centers for them with our Economic resources like Zakat and donations rather then individual support by cash which dose not bring them out of crises for whole life. Our NGO is establishing formal School Education Centers, Computer Training Centers, for free education in poor communities, Mosque, Madrasas and Slums.
For females Vocational Training Centers of stitching, embroidery and fine arts are established in different cities and villages (see in Project list) where income is also generated for workers by order work from industrial market. We have to wake up the nation by motivation, encouragement and hard work.
We also try to make the Govt realize for some fundamental changes as:

• Compulsory education for every child with involvement of administration like developed Countries.
  
• Double shift of all teaching institutions.
  
• Same syllabus for whole nation.
  
• Industrialization of country
  

By these basic steps we'll be able to establish a peaceful, developed, prosperous and civilized Islamic Society which will be a model for whole humanity. We need cooperation of all friends, relatives, educated people and whole nation to go ahead for this noble cause.
